المؤشرات التشكيلية الحضرية المؤثرة على الراحة الحرارية الخارجية في الحرم الجامعي

الملخص

تعتبر الراحة الحرارية في الفضاءات الخارجية الجامعية متطلبا اساسيا لانشاء مساحات حضرية مستدامة وقابلة للعيش لاداء الفعاليات والنشاطات الطلابية المختلفة من خلال التاثير الفعال للتشكيل الحضري والخصائص الفيزيائية للبيئة المبنية داخل الحرم الجامعي, حيث برزت مشكلة البحث في النقص المعرفي لاثر التشكيل الحضري الجامعي على تحقيق مستويات الراحة الحرارية المطلوبة في الفضاءات الخارجية للحرم الجامعي. وافترض البحث ان هنالك مؤشرات تشكيلية حضرية فعالة في تحقيق الشعور بالراحة الحرارية في هذه البيئات. ويهدف الى وضع اليات وقواعد مبسطة يمكن ان تساعد المصممين الحضريين في تحقيق متطلبات الراحة الحرارية المطلوبة. وخلص البحث الى الدور الفعال والمؤثر لمؤشرات عامل رؤية السماء ونسبة التغطية البنائية ونسبة التغطية للمساحات الخضراء بالدرجة الاساس, والى الدور المساعد والمؤثر ايضا لمؤشرات نسبة المساحات المفتوحة ومساحة جدران المباني وارتفاعها ومعامل الانعكاس للاسطح ونسبة الارتفاع الى عرض الشارع ونسبة التغطية الارضية. حيث تساهم جميعها بالتخفيض من درجات الحرارة للهواء والاسطح في الفضاءات الخارجية للحرم الجامعي والوصول الى الشعور بالراحة لدى مستخدميها. ويوصي بتوسيع وزيادة نسب المساحات الخضراء والاشجار والشجيرات والعناصر الفاعلة في خفض درجات الحرارة في الفضاءات والمساحات الخارجية للبيئات الجامعية, مع التركيز على تحقيق التوازن الحراري المطلوب بين الانسان والبيئة.
