تقييم الأداء للخرسانة الأسمنتية المركبة ذاتية الدمك (SCC-ECC) تحت ظروف المعالجة العادية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أداء الخرسانة الأسمنتية المركبة ذاتية الدمك (SCC-ECC) تحت ظروف المعالجة العادية. يتمثل الهدف الرئيس في تطوير خلطة ECC تمتاز بقابلية تدفق مثلى، ومقاومة ميكانيكية عالية، ومتانة محسّنة، من خلال دمج سلوك الخرسانة ذاتية الدمك مع تعزيز الألياف. شمل البرنامج التجريبي إعداد سبعٍ وعشرين خلطة من SCC-ECC باختلاف نسب مكونات رئيسية، مثل الرماد المتطاير (20%، 25%، 30%)، وألياف البولي فينيل الكحول (PVA) بنسبة تتراوح بين 1.5% و2.0%، بالإضافة إلى مضافات تقليل الماء عالية الكفاءة.
وقد تم تحديد الخلطة المثلى (R2) بناءً على تفوقها في نتائج مقاومة الانضغاط، مقاومة الانحناء، مقاومة الصدمة، نفاذية الماء، ومعامل المرونة. شملت الفحوصات الأساسية تقييم الخصائص الميكانيكية والمتانة، مثل مقاومة الانضغاط، مقاومة الانحناء، مقاومة الصدمة، نفاذية الماء، معامل المرونة، ومقاومة اختراق الكلوريدات. وقد حققت الخلطة R2 مقاومة انضغاط تجاوزت 70 ميغاباسكال، ومقاومة انحناء فاقت 14 ميغاباسكال، وامتصاص طاقة صدمية تزيد عن 17,000 جول، بالإضافة إلى نفاذية منخفضة جداً للكلوريدات (<750 كولومب).
وأكد تحليل المجهر الإلكتروني الماسح (SEM) كثافة البنية المجهرية وقوة التماسك بين الألياف والمصفوفة. تُظهر النتائج إمكانية إنتاج خرسانة SCC-ECC ذات خصائص ممتازة في الحالتين الطرية والمتصلبة باستخدام منتجات صناعية ثانوية ومضافات محسّنة للأداء، وتؤكد الدراسة أن التوزيع الصحيح للمواد واختيارها بعناية يمكن أن يؤدي إلى إنتاج مواد مركبة مستدامة وعالية الأداء صالحة للاستخدام في البيئات الإنشائية القاسية.
