تأثير استبدال الرماد المتطاير على السلوك العام الخرسانة المسحوقة التفاعلية تحت المعالجة الحرارية المُتحكم بها

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير المعالجة الحرارية على الخصائص الميكانيكية للخرسانة المسحوقية الفعالة (RPC)، فضلاً عن تطوير تصميم خلطة مستدامة من خلال الاستبدال الجزئي للإسمنت البورتلاندي الاعتيادي (OPC) بالرماد المتطاير. تم اعتماد نسب استبدال مختلفة لتحديد النسبة المثلى التي تحقق أعلى مقاومة ممكنة مع تقليل استهلاك الإسمنت وآثاره البيئية المرتبطة به. تم تعريض النماذج إلى نظام معالجة حرارية عند درجة حرارة 70°C لمدة 5 ساعات يومياً ولمدة 3 أيام، ثم تمت معالجتها بالماء حتى عمر الفحص. تم تحضير أربع خلطات، شملت خلطة مرجعية (R) وخلطات تحتوي على نسب استبدال من الرماد المتطاير مقدارها 10% و20% و30% (RF10 وRF20 وRF30). أظهرت النتائج تحسناً ملحوظاً في الأداء الميكانيكي مع زيادة نسبة الرماد المتطاير حتى 20%. حيث حققت خلطة RF20 أعلى مقاومة انضغاط، بزيادات بلغت 3.39% و4.47% و4.19% عند أعمار 7 و28 و56 يوماً على التوالي مقارنة بالخلطة المرجعية. كما تحسنت مقاومة الانحناء ومقاومة الشد الانشطاري، حيث سجلتا أعلى زيادة عند عمر 28 يوماً بنسبة 2.39% و1.69% على التوالي. في المقابل، أدى رفع نسبة الاستبدال إلى 30% إلى انخفاض في جميع الخصائص الميكانيكية. بشكل عام، يساهم الجمع بين المعالجة الحرارية والاستبدال المعتدل بالرماد المتطاير في تحسين أداء الخرسانة المسحوقية الفعالة من خلال تعزيز كثافة البنية المجهرية وتقليل المسامية.
